Our Services

1. Crafting Values

Too often, a company’s core values are unable to truly become a culture. Misunderstandings in the process of designing these values fail to align them with their corporate identity: the ideal leaders, strengths, and goals of that organization. Misaligned core values, in turn, lack the power to become the company’s driving force. Our team will assist in reviewing and strengthening your organization’s strategic foundation while using best practices in similar industries to design your company’s vision and core values. We also run workshops for managers and staff to help everyone understand corporate culture, and recognize the importance of these core values in supporting and driving their culture into the future.

2. Values to Behaviors

For a company to systematically drive their culture, their core values must be clearly identified so they can be measured and evaluated. These evaluations then become a part of many other components of a company’s development, such as personnel development, performance management, organizational structure, remuneration and benefits, and more. Once aligned, these components will support the capabilities and goals of an organization. With our consultation experience for diverse industries, we are able to design desirable key behaviors which will combine your company’s identity with any competitive necessities.

3. Culture Communication

Building a corporate culture requires everyone’s cooperation. For this reason, creating employees’ and stakeholders’ awareness of these core values is an essential step a company must take to reach its desired goals. This includes the understanding of the core values itself, key behaviors, what each stakeholder will personally gain from them, and any other support mechanisms available. This will activate a sense of ownership and participation in the culture since this initial stage. Our team will assist your management team in designing culture communication processes, including the Culture Deck which will become the pillar for everyone to commit to, the engagement of employees at every level, communication recommendations for company leaders, and any other communication media and activities which will create a climate of continual participation from all staff in shaping your corporate culture.

4. Leading Culture

Beyond strategic planning and clear indicators, research has shown that leaders’ attitudes and behaviors are a decisive factor of a culture’s long-term success, as their consistent commitment to the core values, both in thought and action, will become the organization’s role model behaviors. Our workshops will help your organization’s leaders understand the importance and impact of your corporate culture, and the clear roles they must have at each leadership level. We will also share Change Management tools which are used globally, including tools for communication, team development, managing resistance, and more.

5. Company Rituals Design Workshop

Promoting new attitudes and behaviors which align with a culture is one of the most challenging things an executive must do. Top corporations around the world therefore use cultural rituals as an important tool to motivate and encourage corporate culture during the day-to-day.

Our team will work with executives and relevant stakeholders to design a variety of meaningful activities and rituals. We use a vigorous Design Thinking process to create a guideline that is aligned with your core values and easily integrated into your daily operations, with the goal to help cultural adjustments and adoption be as seamless as possible.

6. HR Integration

Creating an environment which aligns with core values and facilitates desired key behaviors in your personnel is another crucial element in driving a culture. This does not apply to just the physical workspace, but also extends to the different systems which surround your staff. The longer we allow an internal system to go against a culture, the larger the gap between the core values and employee behaviors becomes.

Our team will help diagnose and design different work systems for your personnel, such as performance review, promotions, training and development, and other HR processes, to align with and support your desired corporate culture.

7. Customer Journey Integration

An organization’s core values is not just an internal matter. These core values reflect upon an organization’s identity and branding, and therefore customer awareness is also essential: every personnel must be able to demonstrate these core values to customers based on true awareness. We offer workshops which help build employee participation, connect employee’s missions to both internal and external customers throughout the Customer Journey, and discover their mission’s importance in creating a positive impact on both their customers and the organization.

8. Culture in Action

Building an environment which supports opportunities to learn and take tangible actions will empower employees to act upon the core values consistently. This, in turn, will lead to full adoption and cooperation of core values, and eventually take shape as a single, unified corporate culture. Our team believes in designing learning experiences which align with and support your core values, and consequently the corporate culture, through the 70 : 20 : 10 learning model. We place 70% of the focus on practical, on-the-job learning in the form of projects or assigned tasks. 20% of the focus is then placed on learning through knowledge sharing, case studies, group coaching, or through a Community of Practice. The final 10% of learning comes from additional sources, such as training, information-based learning, resources for self-learning, and more.
