To ensure corporate cultures are purposefully designed based on the engagement of employees and managers alike, BrightSide People has created the “Org Culture Canvas”: a customizable culture-creating tool which will extract a corporate identity, and enable the corporate culture to lead companies to achieve their goals, through identifying the organization’s values, attitudes, and methodologies.
The Org Culture Canvas is suited for any organization who wishes to create a corporate culture from defined Core Values, and therefore a direction to develop corporate culture long-term. The Org Culture Canvas is not just a tool for identifying these Core Values, but also a tool to Health Check the organization, and a starting point for communications within the organization.
